How To Prepare

Microwave: Remove tray and peel back film at one corner. Cover and heat on high for 4-5 minutes.
Vegan Keema Mattar
Conventional/Toaster Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove from packaging, place meal in oven-safe dish, and in the oven for 20-25 minutes until thoroughly heated.
Appliances may vary in power, these instructions are general guidelines only.
Vegan Keema Mattar
Stovetop: Don't want to reheat in an oven or microwave? Peel the plastic off the tray and add your #AhimsaVeganFoods frozen meal to a saucepan on medium heat.
Add 2-4 tbsp of water (per tray) to the pan, cover and let defrost and reheat for 10-15 minutes, depending on your stove type.
Mix occasionally and adjust heat as needed!
