Jasmine rice, Coconut milk (coconut milk, polysorbate 60), Soy curls (soybeans), Green curry paste (green chilies, shallots, lemongrass, salt, garlic, galangal, kaffir lime peel, spices), Lemon juice, Spices, Sugar.

How To Prepare

Vegan Rendang Curry
Microwave: Remove tray and peel back film at one corner. Cover and heat on high for 4-5 minutes.
Vegan Rendang Curry
Conventional/Toaster Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove from packaging, place meal in oven-safe dish, and in the oven for 20-25 minutes until thoroughly heated.
Appliances may vary in power, these instructions are general guidelines only.
Vegan Rendang Curry
Stovetop: Don't want to reheat in an oven or microwave? Peel the plastic off the tray and add your #AhimsaVeganFoods frozen meal to a saucepan on medium heat.
Add 2-4 tbsp of water (per tray) to the pan, cover and let defrost and reheat for 10-15 minutes, depending on your stove type.
Mix occasionally and adjust heat as needed!

Tasty but too spicy

Second of the group I've found to be surprisingly spicy. And it was only the 2 out of the lot.
Unfortunately I won't order again even though the taste is great. Spice level is over what I'm comfortable with.

Was also slightly disappointed this one has no veggies.
